Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Lead Trainer to achieve the main objective based on client requirements.
– Conduct basic practical sessions for basic classes.
– Responsible for all training administration matters.
– Assist in developing training materials and resources.
– Prepare training material in each training.

Requirements:
– A trainer development program will be conducted for all selected candidates for a period of 3 months. Accommodation and allowances will be included upon pass the entire assessment and superior satisfaction.
– Successful completion of the program, a job will be offer to the candidate in ASEC Sdn Bhd as an Assistant or Lead Trainer depends on capability and vacancy.
– Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma.
– Any experience regarding an emergency response or involvement in industrial ERT member would be an advantage.
– No work experience required.
– Working 5 1/2 days a week.
– Desire to build a career in training and development.
– A team player with excellent communication, well organized, good attitude and independent.
– The initiative, energetic and willing to perform out of ordinary working hours.
– Candidate must be able to travel locally (Klang Valley) & outstation (Whole Malaysia).
– Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching will be considered.
– Physically and mentally fit.
