Job Descriptions
• Managing in-house e-commerce business, include
o Coordinate the e-commerce business
o Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
o Consistently monitor and analyze inventory levels with our specialized stock
management system.
o Efficiently and accurately process all customer orders and requests through
various e-commerce channels.
o Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
o Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of e-commerce activities.
o Monitor fulfillment of customers’ orders via store pick or delivery service.
• Plan and Execute Marketing and Promotion
o Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programs, and activities
over digital platforms.
o To link all social networks sites to the company websites to promote the ebusiness
and Increase Sales / Revenue for the company
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce
activities
• Managing Group Website, Facebook, Instagram (WFI)
o Monitoring group WFI Analytic
o Updating new contents
o Continuously suggesting upgrade and improvement of WIF
o Train and Supporting users within group
