Responsibilities
 Sales project managers need to visualize the big picture
and understand all the little things that must come
together to achieve a desired outcome
 Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within
scope and within budget.

Other duties may include:
 Developing Goals
 Responsible in drafting plans that detail how the work
should be completed
 Provide a daily, weekly or monthly project status update
to the stakeholders involved in the project.
 Ensure resource availability and allocation
