Full-Time Purchasing Executive (Junior)
Salary range: ~RM3000
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Responsible for the ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities that could generate more cost-saving for the company.
– Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and vendor relationship management.
– Provide feedback to suppliers on the arising issues regarding quality, shortage, and warranty claim.
– To assist on payment issues and communicating with supplier.
– Monitor, coordinate delivery, and ensure minimum safety stock level is kept at all times for stationery, office pantry items, etc.
– Perform full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties.
– Any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
– Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/relevant fields or its equivalent.
– Minimum one (1) year of working experience is preferred.
– Computer literacy with good command in Microsoft Office is a must.
– Proficiency in English and Mandarin (for communication with China based suppliers) is required.
– Able to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills.
– Able to work in teams and under minimal supervision is encouraged.
– Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
