▪︎The candidate is responsible for management of market research through the online method according to the standards of the company, coordinating with various departments like programming, data processing, media processing and sampling to ensure the smooth implementation of the program.
Description of the job:
▪︎Manages on line market research projects;
▪︎Manages a given portfolio of clients & on line market research projects;
▪︎Collaborates closely with other departments involved in the elaboration of the project and liaises with clients in all the phases of the project; liaises with the client on methodology and analysis issues and provides solutions or suggests changes where needed;
▪︎Prepares the documentation for all projects and checks various nonconformity gaps and suggests improvements;
▪︎Provides the customers with accurate final data for projects;
▪︎Takes responsibility for research and questionnaire design, as well as for conducting own projects according to the company standards.
▪︎University graduate (Marketing, Economic studies, Sociology, Statistics or equivalent);
▪︎Previous experience on a similar position/relevant position (Market Research, Marketing, Client Service) is an advantage;
▪︎Knowledge of the market research specific methodologies and products would be a significant plus;
▪︎Client service expertise;
▪︎Capability to work independently and to manage a market research project team;
▪︎Structured, logical thinking, good organizational skills, self-motivation and flexibility;
▪︎Computer literacy: Microsoft Office package;
▪︎Fluent level of English (spoken and written).
