Job Description
• Develop and manage Company projects
• Create and review of company project schedule
• Support other activities as Business Development and Operation
• Develop and execute project risk management plans for new projects
• Evaluate project resource needs for executing the projects
• Lead and Support contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and customers
• Produce, review and control Project schedules including constructions and key deliverables using MS Project and other schedule software’s
• Interface with government agencies on project executions on permit and consent

Requirements
• Degree in any field of study;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in project management [fresh graduates are encouraged to apply]
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Analytical, innovative, possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
