Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Design, research, and develop training programs.
– Coordinate and execute training programs.
– Initiate training needs analysis and improve current existing programs.
– Handle administrative tasks on routine attendance updates and training venues payments.
– Perform any other tasks as and when required.

REQUIREMENT :
– Minimum diploma / degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or equivalent.
– Minimum two to three years working experience in training and agency / sales channel development.
– Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
– Good command of english and bahasa melayu.

WORKING HOURS & DAYS :
– Monday to Friday
– 09.30am to 06.30pm
