Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring and seeking government tenders in respect of the management of parking;
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with the government;
• Exploring ways to improve the seizure of government tenders;
• Participates in long range planning of activities and programs related to parking facilities;
• Negotiation skills in order to get parking management tenders;
• To perform any other duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing and/or Business Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least 1 year working experience in marketing field especially those who are experience in government tender.
• Possess own transport
• Independent, creative, willing to work overtime, can work under pressure, willing to travel, hardworking, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time position available.
