Requirements

• Process good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision
• Independent, quick learner, good working attitude, able to perform under pressure & have good leadership
• Good administrative and IT skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good research and Internet skills
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office & emailing

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming, developing and implementing ideals for sales and marketing activities
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials
• Assisting with promotional events and demonstrations and thereafter arrange meetings with potentials customers to prospect for new business
• Handling customer enquiries, promptly and professionally answer to their enquiries, listening to their requirements and presents appropriately to close deals
• Develop and maintain good customer relationship for the company and its existing and potential markets
• Assisting with preparations of proposal documents, making accurate, rapid cost calculations preparing quotation and negotiating the terms of business with new customers
• Liaising with back end service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
• Utilizing social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness
• Generate and update website content (services, content, promotions)
• Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
• Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• Promotional activities
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
• Writing reports
• Organizing events and product exhibitions
• Monitoring performance
• Managing campaigns on social media
• To plan and organize marketing promotional activities for the commercial outlet
