Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Company in its primary and administrative duties.

Duties & Responsibilities include:-
1. Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
2. Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
3. Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
4. Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
5. Giving presentations.
6. Understanding company products and brands.
7. General office duties.
8. Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback

 

Requirements

1. Preferably Junior Executive in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Required Language: English
4. Preferably Language: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
5. Independent, resourceful, and prepared to work hands on.
6. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
4. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
5. Exquisite communication and people skills
6. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
7. Good organization skills.
