Job Description

SALARY – RM 1500-2000

Responsibilities:
Processing of all work order
Implementation of mobile app work order system
Managing stock inventory, ordering non-stock inventory
Purchasing maintenance items
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Assisting maintenance technicians with part sourcing
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain contact lists.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
