Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Manage and lead a team of staffs in ensuring logistic shipping operations activities are carried out systematically
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the logistic shipping arrangement, ordering, receiving, storing and issuing of company inventory items processes
• Identifying the opportunities and implementing the continuous process improvement through introducing the best practices
• Liaising with related government authorities that included Custom, MITI, and other logistic shipping related in ensuring all the company procedures and practices are complying with the requirements
• Liaising, managing and providing high standard support to various stakeholders in ensuring the achieving of company target
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
• To undertake others related jobs from time to time directed by superior
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in international Trade, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration or related field, and/or
• Minimum 7 years and above working experience in Logistics, Export/Import Logistics, Admin
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels in the organization, suppliers and customers
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skill required
• Able to think strategically and ‘out-of-box’ to develop vision and roadmap for function and drive change in function
• Strong analytical mind, high integrity, result driven, possess good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to provide leadership, direction, identity and resolve issues with other staff
• Possess own transport
