Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• To assist in preparing import and export shipping documents, packing & printing material
• To perform data entry and maintain documentation related to shipping activities
• To communicate and liaise various stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth arrangement in all shipments
• Follow up with supervisor instructions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least formal education.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
