Salary range: ~RM2000

Job Description

Responsibilities & Requirements
– Must lead the team to provide operational and service excellence.
– Able to provide a daily, weekly, and monthly report to the Management when it is required.
– Able to meet the deadline given by the Management.
– Able to monitor all business unit’s operations.
– Knowledge in hotel operating systems (system, finance, Standard Operating Procedure) and operations.
– Possess leadership and managerial skills. Sharp, pragmatic, and highly committed.
– High level of computer literacy and report writing skills.
– A sense of urgency, proactive, and aggressiveness.
– Applicants must be willing to work at Hot Spring Bentong.
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/ Marketing/ Business or any related field.
– At least 3 year(s) of working experience in hotel/resort management.
– Good in written and spoken Malay and English. Additional language is an added advantage.
– Committed to work and with a good working attitude.
– Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and under pressure.
– Able to work in a challenging environment with creativity, flexibility, determination, and passion.
– 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

 

Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM 3,0000/month [Negotiable]
