Front Office, Operation & Guest Service Officer based in eRYAbySURIA Janda Baik, Pahang.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
– To supports the professional and efficient operation of guest relations areas to maximize sales and ensure guest satisfaction.
– To be an aggressive ‘salesperson’ at the front office.
– Able to provide a daily, weekly, and monthly report to the Management when it is required.
– Able to meet the deadline given by the Management.
– Able to monitor all business unit’s operations.
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/ Marketing/ Business or any related field.
– At least 3 year(s) of working experience in hotel/resort management.
– Good in written and spoken Malay and English. Additional language is an added advantage.
– Knowledge in hotel operating systems (system, finance, Standard Operating Procedure) and operations.
– Possess leadership and managerial skills. Sharp, pragmatic, and highly committed.
– High level of computer literacy and report writing skills.
– A sense of urgency, proactiveness, and aggressiveness.
Salary: RM1,300- 1,500/month [Negotiable]
