Job Description

Job scopes:

-Responsible to ensure compliance to GMP and HACCP requirement.
-Lead a team of production workers to achieve production targets and quality objectives
-Close collaboration with cross-functional departments to meet business objective
-Manage the factory’s day to day operation, from material handling, safety, orders processing to manufacturing
-Ensure planned production schedules meet the customers’ requirements
-Plan and ensure that workers are properly deployed in order to maximize human resource utilization
-Co-ordinate and al work closely with quality personnel’s to resolve quality issues
Instill proper work discipline and provide motivation to all workers to achieve high work productivity
-Ensure proper control on the usage of materials to reduce scraps and rejects
-Maintain good housekeeping for the factory premises
-To perform ad hoc jobs require by superior from time to time.
