-Taking and interpret design brief, produce preliminary concept design, coordinate with engineers and prepare drawings for building plan submission
-Follow up with authority for compliance and approval, prepare full set of tender drawings, contract administration, site supervision and prepare instructions and certificates
-Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
-Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development

Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
-Required Skill(s): Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3-D rendering
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
-Project will be in Endau Johor, acceptable out station.
-Can work as soon as possible.
-Have own transportation

Contract – 18 months
