Full-Time Admin & Accounts Assistant

Salary range:

Job Description

• Providing administrative support, and undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, handling mail, answering phone calls and bookkeeping.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
• Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

Job Requirement :
• Candidate must posses at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Candidate who posses SPM with relevant field’s working experience is encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work in Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
• Familiar with MS Office
• Preferred female
• Able to converse in English
• Working hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
• Salary approx. RM2,500
