Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving sales and meeting weekly, monthly and annual sales budgets;
• Give every customer immediate and undivided attention, follow through on all customers questions and requests;
• Keep the shop floor clean and well-stocked. Adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules;
• Be aware of new products and their placement;
• Perform expiring date check on all products
• Practice safe use of all tools and equipment;
• Process returned and damaged product;
• Maintain quality control across entire department;
• Perform monthly products stock;
• Ensuring products labelling is accurate;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of retailing experience preferably from super/hypermarkets/ retails;
• Possess customer service experience;
• Able to communicate effectively with others and convey enthusiasm;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Must have a passion in retail;
• Must be self-motivated and solution-oriented;
• Able to converse in English;
• Available to work on shift
• 6 days week
