Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the documents preparation and process of Purchase Order / Sales Order
• Daily Product Stocks level monitoring and cater stock sufficiently-Managing physical/digital stocks and preparation works on uploading Inventory System in soonest time
• Handling Suppliers Payment request/PO Payment request
• May assist in Research for new product and develop business with more new business Partner
• Assisting in Stock Receive urging or Replacement stock receive follow up
• Assisting in Monthly Stock Check, Stock Report, Consignment Report, and Stock out Report etc.
• Assisting in Communicate with Supplier and Follow up all Product related issue

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Able to read, write and communicate in Basic Chinese,  English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Analytical, attentive to detail and self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high degree of maturity, integrity and initiative.
• Basic negotiation as well as communication skills with supplier / partner
• Good Numerical and budgeting skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills and Excel Knowledge is required. Preferably some extend of knowledge of the online gaming industry and its consumers
• Able to multitask and possess the integrity to work under pressure
• Candidate with At Least 1 Year working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
• Applicants must be Malaysian Citizenship.
