OBJECTIVES:

As a Supermarket cashier, you will be responsible to perform sales transaction with integrity and demonstrate the excellent standards of customer service in accordance with the company SOP. He or she is expected to work in rotating shift duty and reporting to the Checkout Service Manager

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the POS area is clean and free of hazards .
• Ensure the scanning and bagging process are performed with care and urgency
• Conformance to our cash handling SOP at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned with diligence.

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age of 18 and English conversant is a must
• Preferably with at least 1 year retail experience in similar capacity
• Able to communicate effectively with others and convey enthusiasm
• Strong self- starter with the ability to work as part of a team
• Good health with great fitness is preferred
• Available to work on shift and physically and mentally ready for long hours
• 6 day week
